About

Wealth is an amanah. We built a group around that idea.

Fawzaan Group exists to hold capital the way a trustee holds a trust: carefully, transparently, and for longer than one lifetime.

Why We Exist

Endurance is a design choice.

Most capital is organised around exit. Ours is organised around continuity. The group was founded to solve two problems that turn out to be the same problem: how to invest private wealth without compromising principle or patience, and how to administer endowments so they actually endure.

  • One standard of trust. The same governance discipline applies whether the capital is an investor's or a waqf's.
  • Two independent mandates. Fawzaan Capital and Tayseer are run separately, with their own teams and accountability.
  • Shariah at the foundation. Compliance is structural, reviewed independently — not a label applied afterwards.

Our Values

What we hold ourselves to.

Amanah — trusteeship

We treat every mandate as capital held on behalf of someone else, because it is. Care precedes cleverness.

Sabr — patience

Time is our structural advantage. We underwrite slowly, hold long, and let compounding do the loud work.

Wuduh — clarity

Plain accounts, plain language, plain terms. If a beneficiary can't understand it, we haven't finished the work.

Structure

A holding group, deliberately small.

The group holds two operating companies. Each carries the shared monogram; each is differentiated by its own name line — one mark, one family, two disciplines.
