Services

From a single shop to a corporate endowment.

Three doors in: start a new waqf, hand us one that exists, or let us help repair one that has gone quiet.

Establish

Start a waqf that starts working.

General Cash Waqf Pool

The simplest entry: contribute any amount into a pooled, permanent fund. The principal is preserved and invested; the income gives, every year, in your name or quietly.

Project Waqf Campaigns

A named goal with a target — a school block, a clinic wing, a borehole network. You see the campaign, the build, and then the income statement.

Family Waqf Office

For families endowing property, shops or cash: we structure the deed, register the trustees, and manage it so the legacy doesn't depend on any one relative staying honest forever.

Corporate Waqf Desk

Companies endow a slice of dividends or profit into a permanent programme. CSR stops being an annual expense and becomes an asset with a report attached.

Temporary Cash Waqf

Not ready for forever? Commit cash for one to five years. It works for the cause during the term and returns to you at the end — a serious way to test the water.

Not sure which fits?

Most founders arrive with an intention, not a structure. That's normal — the structure is our job.

Put to Work

Where waqf income goes to work.

Qard Hasan Fund

A revolving pool of benevolent, zero-interest loans — repayments flow back in and go out again, so one endowment helps family after family.

Education

School waqf: fees for orphans, teachers' support, buildings that earn rent to fund scholarships.

Healthcare

Clinic support, medicine funds, and health outreach — paid for by endowment income, not one-off appeals.

Agriculture & enterprise

Farmland and productive assets managed to yield twice: income for the cause, work for the community.

Rescue & Regularisation

For the waqf that already exists — barely.

Maybe the founder has passed on and nobody holds the papers. Maybe the land is occupied, the building leaks, or two committees both claim the keys. We take these cases deliberately: verify the history, reconstruct the records, register proper trustees, settle the governance, and get the asset earning again. It is slow, careful work — and it is some of the most valuable work we do.

  • Records rebuilt. Deeds traced, titles perfected, everything lodged with the custodian.
  • Governance installed. The five-role model fitted onto what exists, with the community carried along.
  • Income restored. Idle assets developed or leased, and distributions restarted under the original intent.

On Fees

Paid openly, or not at all.

Every Tayseer fee is a published slice of specific work: structuring a deed, managing assets, administering a campaign, running a project. Fees are set out in the agreement before we begin, reported alongside the income they relate to, and never taken as interest or a hidden cut of donations. If we can't explain a charge in one sentence, we don't make it.

Start with the intention. We'll bring the structure.

Write to us about the cause you want to serve, or the asset you want to protect. The first conversation is free, and unhurried.
